Shipping policy

Order Processing

All items in our store are made using print-on-demand production, which means your order is created specifically for you.
Processing time is typically:

  • 2–5 business days for apparel

  • 1–3 business days for accessories

These times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).


Shipping Times

🇺🇸 United States

  • Economy Shipping (5–8 business days)

  • Standard Shipping (3–4 business days)

Shipping times are estimates provided by our print partners and carriers.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on Printify’s pricing and your location.

We currently offer:

  • Economy shipping

  • Standard shipping

  • Free economy shipping on orders over $50


Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please confirm your shipping address before completing checkout.

We cannot refund or replace orders if:

  • A wrong address was entered

  • The carrier marks the package as delivered but it is missing
    (You may need to contact your local carrier or file a missing package claim.)

If an item is returned to the print facility due to an incorrect address, customers are responsible for reshipment costs.


Order Tracking

Most orders include tracking. Some small items may ship without tracking depending on the print provider. Tracking information will be sent automatically when available.


Multiple Packages

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately.
This is normal — different products may come from different Printify production partners.


Delays

Shipping times may be delayed due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Natural disasters

  • Holidays

  • Inventory shortages at print partners

These delays are outside our control, but we will always help however we can.


Lost, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wiagbusiness@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will replace or refund defective items at no cost to you.
