Warrior in a Garden – Return & Refund Policy

All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom printed when a customer places an order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color or design

  • Buyer’s remorse / change of mind

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

However, we proudly stand behind the quality of our products.
We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


Exchanges

Because each product is printed on demand, we do not offer exchanges for sizing or color.
Please double-check our size charts before ordering.


Refunds

If a refund is approved for a defective or incorrect product, it will be returned to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the EU and your order qualifies under consumer protection laws, please contact us for assistance. Eligibility is limited due to the custom-made nature of our products.
